After wedding hoax, Udit Narayan reveals he actually wants his son Aditya to marry Neha Kakkar

The TRPs of ‘Indian Idol 11’ had shot up when the makers introduced the wedding hoax of Aditya Narayan and Neha Kakkar on the show. It was only recently when the viewers came to know that Aditya-Neha’s marriage plot was just a gimmick. But guess what? Udit Narayan has revealed that he actually wanted his son to marry Neha. Now, that’s interesting.

Speaking to Telly Chakkar, how he used to tease his son Aditya, Udit said, “You won’t believe I keep teasing Aditya with Neha and I have told him to marry her. But, he ignores me and says he wants to focus on his career. Neha is a top singer in today’s time and is doing really well for herself.”

Interestingly a few days back, Neha had revealed that Aditya will indeed get married this year but to his longtime girlfriend. However, looks like papa Udit was hoping for Neha to become his bahu.

The veteran singer further told the news portal, “Aditya is our only son. We’re waiting for him to get married. If these wedding rumours were true, my wife and I would be the happiest parents in the world. But Aditya has not shared this with us. I suspect this link-up and marriage rumours with Neha are just to boost the TRPs of Indian Idol where she’s a judge and my son is the anchor. I wish the marriage rumours were true. Neha is a wonderful girl. We’d love to have as our Bahu.”

Well, the Narayans are totally smitten by Neha, however, Aditya’s heart belongs to someone else. We wonder when Aditya will introduce his girlfriend to the world.
