Vaibhavi Upadhyaya was supposed to get married in December, reveals JD Majethia– Watch video

Vaibhavi Upadhyaya, who was popularly known for playing the role of Jasmine in the popular TV show Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, is no more. Vaibhavi Upadhyaya died in a tragic car accident on Monday. The news of Vaibhavi’s sudden demise has left everyone heartbroken. JD Majethia, who shared a close bond with Vaibhavi, revealed details about the actress’ car accident.

Here’s what JD Majethia revealed about Vaibhavi-

During an interaction with the media, JD Majethia went on to reveal that the actress was supposed to get married in December this year. The actor shared, “So aisa hua tha ki woh Himachal unke (fiancé) saath ghumne gaye the, December mein unki shaadi thi. Aur woh jab ek turning pe, curve pe gaadi aise leke khade rahe, kyunki unko laga tha raasta bohot chota hai. Toh ek jagah pe gaadi khadi thi aur unhone saamne se ek truck ko jaane ki ek jagah di. Toh jaise hi truck aise jaane laga toh truck se usko halka sa dhakka lag gaya gaadi ko and gaadi went into the valley. So, gaadi jab valley mein giri, topple hogayi.” He went on to reveal that the actress was not wearing a seat belt and suffered head injuries.

He continued, “This was one of the most fatal thing and she passed away.” JD Majethia added that the incident took place on Monday.

Following Vaibhavi’s tragic death, JD Majethia shared a note on Instagram informing fans about the same. A part of it read, “Unbelievable that life can be unpredictable. A very fine actress and a dear friend Vaibhavi Upadhyaya very popularly known as ‘Jasmine’ of Sarabhai vs Sarabhai passed away.”

JD Majethia mourns the demise of Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai actress Vaibhavi Upadhyaya.

JD Majethia attended the funeral of the late actress. Gautam Rode was also present at her funeral. Apart from Vaibhavi Upadhyaya, the TV industry also recently lost Aditya Singh Rajput and Anupamaa’s Nitesh Pandey.
