Aamir Khan on The Great Indian Kapil Show
The latest promo of Netflix’s The Great Indian Kapil Show kicks off with Kapil Sahrma unveiling a bunch of trophies on stage and stating that they all belong to actor Aamir Khan. A warm reception awaits Aamir from the studio audience as he seamlessly transitions from one couch to another, settling in for a lively chat. The upcoming episode will see Aamir talk about his parenting woes and how his kids often disregard his advice. He also humorously recounts a household debate over his attire for the show, where his desire to sport shorts clashed with his children’s insistence on him wearing pants.
Aamir Khan also touches upon the performance of his recent films, Laal Singh Chaddha and Thugs of Hindostan, and how both underperformed. Sharma tries to lighten the mood by mentioning that even his films that may not be hits commercially still manage to generate substantial revenue.
Kapil Sharma prompts Aamir Khan to settle down
In the promo, we also see permanent guest Archana Puran Singh inquired about Aamir’s absence from award shows, to which he responded with a reflection on the value of time and the importance of utilizing it wisely. Amid all the fun banter, Kapil Sharma jokingly suggests that Aamir should consider settling down, prompting laughter from the Bollywood star. We wonder if this comment is a reference to the actor’s previous marriages or something else. The Lagaan actor has been married and divorced twice. He has three children daughter Ira Khan and son Junaid Khan with Reena Dutta and another son, Azad Rao Khan with Kiran Rao.
