IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack teaser: Vijay Varma, Nasseeruddin Shah promise a thrilling series on a true event

Actor Vijay Varma took to his Instagram account and dropped the new teaser of his upcoming series IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack. The teaser is tightly bound but shows how the plane gets hijacked by the terrorists. From beating the passengers to harassing the cabin crew, the teaser gives glimpses of the hijack. Based on true events, IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack teaser piques your interest to know more while keeping you on the edge of your seat.

The series will be streaming on Netflix from August 29. The story is about 5 hijackers who take over the plane of 188 people including passengers and cabin crew, facing 7 days of terror. Apart from Vijay Varma, The Kandahar Hijack series also stars Pankaj Kapur, Naseeruddin Shah, Dia Mirza, Kumud Mishra and many more. Sharing the teaser on Instagram, Varma’s caption read, “188 onboard, and the entire nation held at gunpoint.
