It’s truly Made In Heaven for me, says Mona Singh as she joins the star cast for season 2

Actor Mona Singh is the latest one to join Made In Heaven season 2. Only recently, its trailer was released and it looks captivating. As the trailer is garnering good responses from fans, Mona shares her own experience working with the ensemble star cast and Zoya Akhtar and Reema Katagi. During the trailer launch of Made In Heaven season 2, Mona revealed it was truly made in heaven for her. Calling her experience, Mona Singh felt she was part of a big fat wedding.

The Laal Singh Chaddha actor said, “What can I say, man? I mean look at the stellar cast, look at the creators. I mean best in the business, what could have I asked for more? It’s truly made in heaven for me. And the experience for me was beyond fantastic. We had a great shoot, we have some intense scenes to shoot and it all felt like one big wedding and we are part of one big wedding. Yeah, it was a lot of fun.“

Sobhita Dhlipala and Arjun Mathur are back as Tara and Karan- the wedding planners who are busy fighting with their rivals in this business. They have locked some high-profile weddings but not all matches are made in heaven. Some have flaws while some seemed to have worked perfectly well. Then we have an auditor Mona Singh who will handle the finance of the business.

The brides for this season are Mrunal Thakur, Radhika Apte, Shibani Dandekar, Sarah Jane-Dias and Naina Sareen. Others like Elnaaz Norouzi, Kallirroi Tziafeta, Zayn Marie Khan, and Sheena Khalid also star as the brides. The web series will premiere on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video on 10 August 2023.
