Actress Sushmita Sen is gearing up for the upcoming release of the latest web series titled Taali. The talented actress will is all set to play the character of a transgender activist Shreegauri Sawant and we can’t wait to watch Sushmita ace another crucial role.
Awaiting her web series, the actress shared that she received backlash from ‘nameless people’ on social media and that she took it very personally. She further revealed that she blocked all of them.

Speaking of the web series, the actress has revealed that she faced backlash on the first look launch of her web series. Speaking with News 18, the actress spoke about nameless people backlashing her on social media. She said, “I remember that in the comment section, there were lots of nameless people as social media is full of, writing ‘chhakka (eunuch)’ repeatedly. I thought, how can they do that to me? I took it very personally because it was happening on my timeline. I, of course, blocked all of them. But it hit me that if that’s how it’s making me feel when I’m only portraying Gauri Sawant’s life, they’re living with it every breathing moment of their life.”

Well, the actress had stunned all with her jaw-dropping performance in Aarya and now she has all plans to leave the audience amazed with Taali. Last year in October, the actress shared the first look of her series. With an intriguing look, she had captioned the pic saying,”Taali – बजाऊँगी नहीं, बजवाऊँगी !” With that, the actress has dropped a glimpse of Taali, also announcing that the trailer for the same will be out tomorrow.
