The Great Indian Kapil Show’s debut season on Netflix garnered attention for its recent conclusions. It sparked rumours about its abrupt ending and speculations on the relevance of its humour. However, amidst these discussions, fans rejoiced at the reunion of comedy stalwarts Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover on the platform.
Surprisingly, the show’s cast, Archana Puran Singh, Sunil Grover, Kiku Sharda and others took to social media to announce something special.

It teased glimpses of upcoming episodes featuring guests, including Farah Khan, Anil Kapoor, Rajkumar Rao, Ed Sheeran, and Badshah.
They wrote, “This laughter is never going to come to an end because there are more episodes to come.”
In addition to the caption, the video displayed all the trolls and negative comments targeting the declining TRP of the show. However, bashing all the trolls, a note in the video reads, “We thought we only do the good comedy” followed by the laughing clips of the cast members.
Further, the video was attached with another note which read, “The dose of this comedy is not over yet.”
The first season of The Great Indian Kapil Show debuted on Netflix on April 30, 2024, drawing attention with its star-studded guest list. It featured luminaries like Parineeti Chopra, Aamir Khan, Rohit Sharma, Ranbir Kapoor, and Neetu Kapoor. With Kapil Sharma, Kiku Sharda, Archana Puran Singh, Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, and Rajiv Thakur at the helm, the show carved its niche in the comedy landscape with its trademark humour.
