Actors Varun Dhawan and Samantha Ruth Prabhu have raised our anticipation with another action entertainer, Citadel India. Ever since they announced the new series which is said to be the Indian version of Russo Brothers’ Citadel, fans are stoked to see this fresh pairing. Now, the two have unveiled the first new poster of Citadel India, named Citadel: Honey Bunny. In the poster, Varun and Samantha are seen in the action mode with guns in their hands.

Honey Bunny has a riveting narrative that fuses the pulse-pounding elements of a gritty spy action thriller with the heartwarming allure of a love story, all set against the vibrant tapestry of the 90s. Honey Bunny is the Indian series within the Citadel universe. In 2023, Russo Brothers created Citadel season 1 with Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden headlining the series. However, the Indian version of Citadel was created by Raj and DK who have previously helmed Farzi and The Family Man series.

Indian version of Citadel also stars Kay Kay Menon, Simran, Soham Majumdar, Shivankit Parihar, Kashvi Majmundar, Saquib Saleem, Sikandar Kher in pivotal roles. They have not revealed the release date of the show yet.
