‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ ran on television for six years but they show went off-air and a spin-off series ‘Yeh Hai Chahatein’ is going to start soon. It has Abrar Qazi and Sargun Kaur Luthra. Karan Patel who played Raman Bhalla in ‘YHM’ turned emotional as the show has ended. Though Karan quit the show for ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’, he returned to the show to shoot some pending scenes for the show.
Karan took to his Instagram handle to share an emotional post along with a picture of him with Divyanka Tripathi (Divyanka played his wife on the show). The excerpt from his post read as: “For me, it wasn’t just a show, it was a place where I found a home outside of home and friends who are now my family. This show has made me a better person. I have experienced playing a father on screen for 6 years, so when the time comes, I feel I will be ready to accept fatherhood with open arms in real life.”
Towards the end of the post, he thanked Ekta Kapoor for believing in him and the fans of Raman and Ishita who kept loving them unconditionally.
