‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ actress Divya Bhatnagar on a ventilator after testing positive for Covid-19

Television actress Divya Bhatnagar who plays the role of Gulabo in ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ has tested positive for Coronavirus. Unfortunately, her condition has deteriorated and currently, she is on a ventilator. According to Etimes report, the actress’ mother has revealed that Divya’s husband Gagan has ditched her. She even accused Gagan of being a fraud.

Speaking about Divya’s condition her mother told Etimes, “Divya had a temperature since the last six days. She was feeling very uneasy. I came down from Delhi and got an oximeter home. We checked her oxygen levels, they had dropped to 71. She is on a ventilator now, her oxygen level is about 84, and her condition is critical. The reports have just come and she has tested positive for COVID.”

Accusing Divya’s husband Gagan of being a fraud, the actress’ mother further shared, “Whatever anyone may tell you, the time has come to spill the truth. Her husband was a fraud. He has left her and is not bothered to even come forward for a while. She married without informing us. I am aghast that post-marriage she has been living in a very small place in Oshiwara. She was living in a big house at Mira Road earlier. She has undergone a lot in the recent past.”

Earlier Divya had shared a pic from hospital urging her fans to pray for her speedy recovery.

Divya’s mother also revealed that Sashi-Sumeet Production house has volunteered to help them financially with Divya’s treatment. The actress has worked in the same production house’s show ‘Tera Yaar Hoon Main’.
