Yeh Un Dino Ki Baat Hai fame Ashi Singh gifts her mother a new house; says, ‘Everything I have or get in life is for my mom’

Ashi Singh rose to fame thanks to her portrayal of Naina Agarwal in Yeh Un Dino Ki Baat Hai. Ashi then went on to play the lead role in Aladdin: Naam Toh Suna Hoga and there was no looking back. While buying a house in Mumbai is everyone’s long-cherished dream, the 23-year-old actress has gifted her mother a new house. Isn’t that amazing? Ashi bought the new house as a gift for her mommy dearest. However owing to the lockdown, the young actress wasn’t able to shift to her new abode.

Speaking to Times of India about her gift for her mother, Ashi revealed that she had made the purchase five months back. But the Covid-19 induced lockdown played a spoilsport for them.

“Yes, I bought a new house and it is a gift for my mother from my side. Like everything I have or get in life is for my mother. So yes this house is on my mother and my joint name. I bought it like 5 months back. I couldn’t do anything in the new house because of the lockdown. In fact, I haven’t shifted to our new house. So, all the excitement of buying a new house which was earlier there is not slowly dying down,” Ashi told the daily.

Talking about coping with the gloomy situation amidst the lockdown, Ashi said that music and meditation have helped her family a lot during these testing times.
