YRKKH fame Priyamvada Kant’s father passes away; Actress pens an emotional note calling him her ‘first love’

It’s a piece of sad news again. Priyamvada Kant, who plays the role of Riya in YRKKH is bereaved after the demise of her father. Yes, Priyamvada Kant’s father has bid his heavenly abode. Though the reason for his unfortunate demise is not known, Priyamvada Kant’s father passed away on May 7, 2021. The actress is at loss for words and is reeling in pain.

Priyamvada Kant shared this saddening news on her Instagram and penned a soul-stirring note for her late father. The YRKKH actress remembered her father and expressed her love for him. She shared some beautiful throwback photos with her ‘daddy dearest,’ as she recalled the happy times they spent together.

“To my first love. The most charming, intellectual, witty, fun-loving man I’ve ever met. Also such a ladies man! No wonder I still haven’t been able to find a guy even half as amazing as you. My hands tremble as I type this for you but you’ve raised me strong, confident and independent and so I shall be and continue to make you proud,” Priyamvada Kant expressed.

She added, “Anyone who has met you remembers you with so much fondness. Your love for art, photography, films, poetry, music, food, travel, people and the finer things in life taught me so so much. Just Sitting with you was endless learning.”

The YRKKH actress further mentioned that she is not going to cry for her father, but rather celebrate him. “You’re a man who loved and enjoyed life. So I’m not going to be sad. I’m happy you’re watching over us, celebrating you and your awesomeness forever Papa. Until we meet again,” Priyamvada Kant ended her emotional note.

On the work front, Priyamvada Kant joined the team of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai earlier this year. She plays the role of Riya in the show.
