Archana Puran Singh sustains injury while shooting for her film, shares health update after underging surgery

Actress Archana Puran Singh is known to tickle funny bones with her stint as judge in The Kapil Sharma Show. However, the actress faced an unfortunate incident and got bruised. Archana was busy shooting a project in Virar, Mumbai and faced a tragic accident while shooting for the scene. The actress was immediately rushed to the hospital and was admitted to Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital, Vile Parle. Archana Puran Singh later uploaded a vlog detailing her injury.

The vlog starts with Archana falling and hurting herself early in the morning, around 5:00 AM, with her screams echoing. Her crew members quickly gathered to assist her and rushed her to the hospital informing her husband, Parmeet Sethi. After hearing the tragic news, her son Aaryamann broke down in tears upon learning about his mother’s hospitalization. Later, Parmeet Sethi revealed that Archana underwent surgery, and a wire was inserted around her wrist due to the fracture.

Archana added, “I called Rajkummar Rao and told him that I’m very upset about leaving the shoot. So, today, I’m returning to Virar to complete the shoot, because those poor guys are going to suffer losses otherwise. I’m wearing a full-sleeve outfit, and they’ll shoot me from angles where you won’t be able to tell I’m injured. They’ve told me they need me only for a few hours.”

Sharing the video on her Instagram, she wrote, “Jo hota hai acchhe ke liye hota hai… I’m trying to believe that… I’m fine, really, and staying as positive as usual (bas ek haath se kucch bhi kaam karne mein kitni mushkil hoti hai, AB pata chal raha hai).”

On the work front, Archana last featured in Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video. The film also starred Rajkummar Rao, Triptii Dimri, Mallika Sherawat, Vijay Raaz and others.
