Shah Rukh Khan’s take on his films says it all. Ace director in a recent interview with a leading daily divulged that SRK categorically told him that his films are emotionally violent. His films might not have action scenes, but there is a lot of emotional violence involved in his high-octane drama films. He says that his kind of cinema is about finding strength in the most difficult times.

This in-depth interview of SLB managed to shed some light on why his films are so unique in nature. He revealed that his films will never comprise of complete stories as he does not like completeness. This behavior of Bhansali is somewhere connected with his father Navin Bhansali’s not-so-successful career in Bollywood as a director and a producer. He says, “My father’s incomplete story keeps me going. If he was a producer and a fulfilled filmmaker, I would not have had this madness.”
