Ranbir Kapoor goes against his father Rishi Kapoor, Supports Aamir Khan

A lot of celebrities including Rishi Kapoor slammed Aamir Khan for his controversial statement over the issue of growing intolerance in India. With Anupam Kher, being the first one to respond saying that, “this country has made him Aamir Khan” followed by Rishi Kapoor posting, “”Mr.&Mrs. Amir Khan. When things are going wrong and the system needs correction,repair it,mend it.Don’t run away from it. That is Heroism!,” Aamir Khan’s statement  received a lot of criticism over the past two days. Fortunately, amongst the huge mob of protesters, Mr. Khan had some supporters who came to his rescue.

Even though Aamir faced the wrath of the veterans like Anupam Kher and Rishi Kapoor, younger lot of Bollywood supported Aamir Khan. Rishi Kapoor’s son Ranbir Kapoor, who is busy with his ‘Tamasha’ promotions supported Mr. Perfectionist and said that ”Aamir truly cares for India. He is not somebody who would run away, Aamir’s heart is with India.”

Though he didn’t share his thoughts on intolerance in India, but he definitely stood up for his senior colleague. Handsome hunk also said that he (Ranbir Kapoor) is not the right person  to comment on this issue, therefore, he would rather not say anything on this issue. Well, father and son are entitled to have different opinions just like Rishi Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor who have different opinions over this controversy.

Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Tamasha’ is set to release on November 27.
