Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has made the headlines for all the wrong reasons, however now he has been facing another serious allegation from a new Jane Doe accuser who claims the music mogul drugged and sexually assaulted her when she was a 16-year-old high school student in late August or early September 2000.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused in new lawsuit of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl in 2000

The lady claims to have worked as a part-time babysitter for a tenant of an apartment building where “a well-known woman whom the defendant was in a relationship also resided,” according to court documents reported by Rolling Stone and People Magazine.

The lawsuit claims the plaintiff saw Combs sitting in an SUV with the door open as she left the building to go home, but it doesn’t identify the lady.

Combs’ legal issues worsen as more than 40 people accuse him of wrongdoing. According to the lawsuit, Combs spoke with the plaintiff and voiced concerns about her safety while she was out on her own at night.

The lawsuit states, “Combs engaged her in conversation, asking where she was going so late at night, and that it was not safe for her to be walking alone.”

“Getting into Combs’ car that day was something the plaintiff would come to regret forever,” and added, “During the ride, plaintiff became scared when they did not drop her off at home as promised. The defendant gave her a drink to ‘calm her down.’ She soon became groggy and unsteady.”

She started feeling drowsy and shaky when Combs allegedly handed her a drink to “calm her down.” According to the lawsuit, Combs was in the car with a male driver and another unnamed man. The complainant claims that Combs and the other men brought her to a place “where Combs raped her.” She claims that the “same driver” dropped her off in her building’s lobby later.

Combs’ legal team has denied the allegations in a statement to People Magazine on Monday, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted, or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

Combs was accused in September for sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution; he is also facing criminal accusations. He is still being held at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center after entering a not guilty plea. The date of his trial is set for May.
