Priyanka Chopra’s upcoming film ‘Jai Gangaajal’ has her depicting the role of a brave and a fearless cop. The film is on the lines of Prakash Jha’s earlier hard-hitting film ‘Gangaajal’ that had Ajay Devgn as a cop who faces the threats face-on in the dusty heartlands of the nation. This time, around Jha has handed the mantle to a lady cop who will be fighting corruption in the badlands of Central India.

After the smashing hit trailer of the film that went on to receive rave reviews, the makers have now released a new song from the film named ‘Maya Thagni’. This is a second song from the film after ‘Tetua’ song. It has been sung by Praveen Mullick. The lyrics of the song has been penned by Manoj Muntashir and composed by Salim & Sulaiman.

‘Jai Gangaajal’starring Priyanka Chopra and directed by Prakash Jha is slated to release on 4th March 2016.
