Jackie Chan, Sonu Sood’s ‘Kung Fu Yoga’ trailer isn’t as funny as we thought it to be

So, the official trailer of Indo-Chinese film ‘Kungfu Yoga’ is out. The film stars a number of faces from Bollywood including Sonu Sood and newbie Disha Patani; and promises to be a rib-tickling comedy that would bring you a good dose of laughter.

But err… the trailer doesn’t look (to us) so funny honestly! It sure is packed with some real high-octane action stuff; and considering it to be a Jackie Chan flick, that’s no surprise. However, no comic element can be spotted, at least in the trailer!

Disha Patani, after making a small but effective debut with MS Dhoni’s biopic, has straightaway bagged this global project. Whether or not a very successful film, ‘Kungfu Yoga’ will be a good break for her. To find out if Sonu Sood does good job, one has to wait till the film comes. It will also feature Amyra Dastur in a pivotal role.
