Outstanding! ‘Akira’ trailer re-introduces the viewers to Sonakshi Sinha

Finally, after creating the right amount of impact with those intense posters and a small teaser introducing the gritty avatar of Sonakshi Sinha as Akira, the makers of this action-packed drama are now out with the trailer, and we must say it packs the right punch surpassing our expectations.

Like his earlier films in Bollywood, filmmaker AR Murugadoss’ ‘Akira’ is a remake of a regional film down south but it brings out a different perspective, unlike the original one. The trailer completely transports you to the world of Akira where this character’s unpredictable behaviour while controlling her anger impresses you the most.

Sonakshi Sinha’s act definitely is a delight for her fans and a strong punch to her critics and haters. Without mentioning powerhouse performer Konkona Sen Sharma and filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, this trailer would seem incomplete. Both of them lend a perfect support never lowering down the sharp pace of the trailer.

Guaranteed a must watch trailer for all and especially Sonakshi Sinha fans, ‘Akira’ is slated to release on September 2, 2016.
