‘5 Weddings’ Song Out: Rajkummar Rao and Nargis Fakhri will make you groove to ‘American Beauty’

After flooring people with his recent releases (‘Stree’ and ‘Fanney Khan’), the talented actor  Rajkummar Rao is now gearing up for the release of his next film, ‘5 Weddings’. It is a romantic comedy drama which stars Rajkummar Rao and Nargis Fakhri in lead roles.

After entertaining the audience with a fun-filled quirky trailer of the film, the makers have now unveiled the first song from the film ‘5 Weddings’. The song ‘American Beauty’ features Rajkummar Rao and Nargis Fakhri. In the song, the couple fall in love at a family wedding. The song is set in the backdrop of a big fat Indian marriage and celebrates Indian customs.

‘American Beauty’ is sung by the ace singer King Mika Singh, Pooja and Praakriti Kakar. The music of the song is given by Vibhas and lyrics have been penned by Abhendra Kumar Upadhyay.

The makers of the ‘5 Weddings’ have unveiled the song on their official Twitter account.

The film is directed by actor turned producer Namrata Singh Gujral and also stars Candy Clark, Bo Derek and Dutch-American actor Anneliese Van der Pol. It was shot in Chandigarh in 2016 and is set for an October 26 release.
