Deep inside his heart carrying the tragic loss of his family, the vigilant ‘Madaari’, Irrfan Khan is bound to turn you emotional with the heart-wrenching track ‘Masoom Sa’ released today. The makers of this social-thriller who are busy with the promotions of this film carried around many cities, are now out with this track which shows an important aspect of Irrfan’s character’s life before he had begun his new journey which forms the actual crux of the story.
Composed brilliantly by composer duo Sunny Bawra and Inder Bawra, the lyrics penned by Irshad Kamil is equally heart-touching. But the actual surprise to keep every ardent music listener on this track would be the soulful voice of Sukhwinder Singh. His voice actually connects you with the pain of Nirmal (played by Irrfan) has gone through with perhaps a never ending loss for him.
Visually this latest track like the earlier one has been shot very well. Irrfan Khan is an outstanding performer and he yet again proves that with the bag of emotions he carries throughout the different shots seen in this track. No one could escape tears rolling down their cheeks while looking at those expressions delivered by this ‘Talvar’ actor. Another special mention here is child actor Vishesh Bansal whose character has been abducted by Irrfan in the movie. The way he is trying to relate to Irrfan’s character being so young is worth a mention.
‘Madaari’ which also stars actor Jimmy Sheirgill in a pivotal role is based on the true story of Mumbai Metro bridge collapse that took place in 2012. Directed by Nishikant Kamat, this film is slated to release on July 15, 2016.
