Watch: Akshay Kumar dons a director’s hat now

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has given three back-to-back hits ‘Airlift’, ‘Housefull 3’ and ‘Rustom’ in the year 2016 itself proving his stability at the box-office. Along with his blockbusters the actor has won our hearts in his cameos too. Who can forget Akki in Varun Dhawan and John Abraham starrer ‘Dishoom’.

Looks like the multitalented actor is now on the lookout for fresh pastures. Yes, after trying out action, comedy and even patriotism based films he is all set to wield the director’s baton. You do not believe us, well we have a video of Akshay Kumar where he is directing a film.

A picture from the video was also shared by Ashvini Yardi, Akshay’s partner in his production company Grazing Goat Pictures. She tweeted,

Akshay Kumar fans were over the moon to see the video where he is seen taking a wide shot. Now this could be for an advertisement or a film shoot but fans have been tweeting their reactions on the social network. The ‘Khiladi’ is at present vacationing with family on the picturesque Maldive Island. On coming back, he will resume the shoot of his upcoming films.
