WATCH: Trailer of inspiring biopic ‘Budhia Singh-Born To Run’

The makers of upcoming film ‘Budhia Singh-Born To Run’ have released its official trailer. The movie tells the story of a 5-year-old boy from Orissa who became the youngest marathon runner in the world. The biopic focuses on prodigal child and his coach, Biranchi Das who is being depicted by Manoj Bajpayee in the upcoming release.

Wonder boy of India, Budhia Singh, has 48 marathons to his credit. His moment of fame came after completing one and a half marathon (close to 65 km) from Puri to Bhubaneswar. The run took place in 50 Degree Centigrade that Budhia completed in 7 hours and 2 minutes at the age of 5 years without showing any signs of exhaustion.

The movie stars Master Mayur in the title role of Budhia with Manoj Bajpayee depicting the role of his mentor. It also stars Tilottama Shome.
