When it comes to her diet, she takes salads including lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, and cucumber. For breakfast, she eats brown bread toast and an egg, along with a cup of tea
Shweta keeps her lunch light as she takes a parantha and paneer bhurji with salad and low-fat yoghurt. For dinner, she eats chicken or fish salads along with greens for protein
Apart from the diet, it’s the exercise that adds more value. Shweta works out 3-4 times a week and runs on the treadmill regularly
Shweta is also an avid yoga follower and made sure to exercise at home and have healthy food.
